还有两个月就毕业了，人生中一个重要阶段就这么结束了，不舍、难过、开心、紧张。

三年前，我们还是懵懵懂懂的Freshie. 到学校的时候要带地图，找不到要去的教室在哪里，不知道从哪里下公车离自己的教室最近，不知道老师想要什么样的报告，presentation需要什么样的flow.现在，距离交FYP还有3个星期，我们的报告还是七七八八。差距阿。。。

日本的地震真是众说纷纭，到底是什么状况阿。。有人说根本就是核爆炸，还有很多的证据的样子，中国政府一直安抚民心，可是同时又很多状况出现。希望没有那么严重吧。。祈祷！

it has been 7 yrs since my day of arrival in Singapore. i have to admit, the 7 years was not a total bliss. At the start of the 8th year, i have realized how awful things look, with whoever u used to live and love.

There was a bunch of young girls, and a few guys. Some were hardworking, some were not. Some natural-speakers, and some introvert. We took care of each other for 2 yrs. Thinking that we are the "brothers and sisters" of which u can believe and trust for the rest of the life wherever we go. Celebrating each other's birthday in big TV room tirelessly. Chased out by Mr Ng and the guard. Playing out truth or dare, running to the flag raising at the last 30 seconds, chatting till midnight, and getting up to eat roti prata.

After 2 years, we changed school. Some went to better schools, some dint. There was no barriers supposedly, but actually there were. We tried to have the "anniversary gathering", but we failed somehow, cos most ppl started a new life, with a different mask.

Another 2 years passed, many went overseas for their undergrad study, and many stayed. Differences in relationship status, majors, lifestyle and masking skills widened the gap betw the "innocents". Hearts were divided and relationship was distanced.

Today, 1/3 of us gathered for our 7th anniversary in this little island. and gosh, who cannot feel the distance between us, not to mention those who are spread into different continent. Some lost contact, and most people dun care.

So who are we for each other? Do i need to invite you for my wedding dinner? Do i need to update you about my career and work next time? i dun mean that we are obligated to do so, but isit natural that we just use our busy-ness and distance as reasons to forget our brothers and sisters?

I m tired of trying to hold this bond. Maybe its time to let it be natural, and find your own life without the ties from these people.

爱是一个永恒的主题

我承认我的标题太大了。可是却找不到一个更好的标题来标注这篇日志。最近经历的、想的、念的，都是爱。这不是一个emo的日志，可是我不保证我会完全不抱怨什么，我想生活还是很美好的~

和他一切都很好~人家都说“小别胜新欢”，我完全同意。我可以想象他在那样一个相对落后的国家，在不方便的时候，走出去旅店，找一台破旧的电脑，试着skpye、 MSN我。我也可以想象其他时间我们没有联系，他却和他爸爸妈妈一起给我买东西的场面，好温馨。一段恋情最重要的还是得到双方家长的祝福吧。觉得自己又有了一个家，又多了一份责任。除了家庭，我们俩也是如胶似漆。想想，我们已经要过8个月的纪念日了~两年之后大家果然都成熟了，都为对方着想很多。他说得对，要不是当时分手时的决绝，我们现在都不会走在一起。我的命运被安排得有点曲折，有点戏剧化，但是我感谢上帝的安排，因为我知道这会是最好的安排- the steps of the righteous is ordered by God. 我爱他

听了同学将他们的实习经历，发现自己很幸运。暂不说allowance，working time这些没法选择的东西，就因为我是我们department里面唯一的实习生，每个人都对我关怀有加。大家都照顾着我，给我买这个买那个，请我吃饭、喝水。倒不是这一点点东西有多贵重，那一片心可是让我感觉到工作中的温暖。朋友说，上了一个多月的班，好像让自己回到学校、继续读书；而我却觉得工作是一件很开心的事情~这也是人和人的爱~

相反，有些时候却觉得有些讲的很高调的“爱”却非常虚伪。“爱神、爱人”，又做到了什么呢？如果没有一个系统，没有什么条规，没有在一个小组，没有同时去一个教会，一些人就没有了音讯，那relationship preceeds ministry; discipleship builds on relationship又是怎么讲出来的呢？三年的"relationship",其实就值一个短信。sad.

我爱上帝，我要找一个教会，不需要很大，不需要很完美，不需要讲的全都是对的（或者自己觉得自己讲的都是对的、没有辩驳的余地），但是可以和相爱的人一起，与人建立起温暖的关系，照顾彼此，为信仰而付出，这就是我的小追求~

The Marking of a New Chapter of my Life

It has been a tough time of my life for some time. My friends and I used to call it "valley" period of our Christian life. After maintaining the status quo for this period of time, I am ready to move on to another chapter of my life.

I left my church, a place where i grew my faith, i tried to lead, i commit-ed to fellowship and be "disciplined". I obeyed, i visited, i learnt, i taught, i sang, i danced, i cried, i laughed, and i experienced. To make such a decision is never easy, especially with a heart full of gratefulness and love. In this post, i just want to make a stand, that i will continue serving God wherever I may be, and I will love God and love people just like what my church has taught me.

when i was typing out the line above, i had a feeling of a deja vu. I really believe everything is destined. (theologically speaking, I do have a separate believe)

I have learnt to LOVE.

"Love without condition, heart always listen, to a crying world. " This is a line of lyrics from our church album. love is taught, love is learnt. Is love applied? There are too many practical issues in this mega family. i always have a nagging feeling that some members are too practical in what they are doing. There is a motive for every call, every sms, every gathering and even every celebration. A motive to show, a motive to portray a certain image, and a motive for growth. In short, there is this discomforting feeling that a lot of actions with an ulterior motive.

I am not trying to discredit the member's effort and the Church's intention in reaching out and saving souls. However, the true essence of the Great Commission can sometime be forgotten particularly when the Church has grown to such a size. I believe strongly in building a lasting and positive relationship with every person we interact with, influencing them and reach out to them in a sincere and genuine way. At the end of the day, we want our loved ones to be saved. Basically, the best witnessing is by having good character and faith for the glory of God.

I learnt FAITH

In this 3-year journey I had with the church, i have been through many ups-and-downs. I learnt to endure and persevere. I learnt to keep on keeping on. I learnt to laugh at the situation and continue with the life that God has planned for me. In many of these times, a strong faith in God and the leaders i bs required. However, I also learnt that strong faith and blind faith can be easily confused. i know a girl from my church who is very committed to the church. However, her personal life is taking a toll because of her ministry. i wonder how her life would be without a portion of what she is doing. she can commit all she has - time, money, and even friends - for the church and her ministry. i really pray that she do not lose herself in her faith, and that she will one day be mindful that it is God she serves.

I learnt HOPE

The vision of the Church has always been grand and ambitious. This might not always a good thing. Men are easily lost or tempted by greater ambitions after achieving a certain result. This might be true of the current situation. I really hope that the focus of the Church can once again be love-centric.

I am very hopeful in moving on to this new chapter of my life. I have faith that the steps of the righteous are appointed by God. I am again renewed with the love of God, and pray that I can be a good witness and spread this love to my loved ones and everyone around me.

Dear Heavenly Father, I lift up this period of my life into Your hands. Thank You for the years I spent in Your embrace, thank You for all the teachings through my pastors and leaders, thank You for all the friendship I had. I pray that Your presence and love would be to tangible and real in my life. Let Your Kingdom come, let Your will be done. I give You all the glory and praise. I pray all these in Jesus' name, Amen.

ytd went to st james.. haha.. super crowded on ladies' night... but good lah, at least got few drinks... dun like squeezing into the dance pool and dance with so many ppl around.. sad.... so i shall juz go pub instead of club.. yup...

work is good.. got appt everyday... so i suppose quite ok..

watching beijing olympic opening! it is GREAT GREAT!!! i m super in love with the intelligence of the director and the hardwork of the performers! they muz spend days and nights to get everything all ready!

ytd mummy was rite, this is life... and suddenly rem a quite famous saying: "日出东山落西山，愁也一天，喜也一天“。 so i start to change my days of living... ignorance is impt in life rite?:))

went out for some shopping, at JP, but JP has been expanded! although it advertised as double space, i believe they have tripled the space! super big lor... and super crowded for a meal! dunno how did the old JP contained so many ppl.. bought some presents, and materials to do card etc.. haha.. think this wk onwards my evening should be all occupied by these preparation.. and lulu also.. haha.. last yr we were enjoying the moment at AHS.. hopefully we will still enjoy making things and doing all the handcraft!

went out with some old friends for pool also.. haiz.. need practice liao...

i love the day that the Lord has made!

bad mood wk basically...

cant rem which day i did had a good mood, but sharks, it comes back again.....

one thing about this blog, i dun really want to write alot of emo things fr the first day of creation. but boo, bad things happen to good people.. i dun wan to update until it starts to “长草”, so i juz come and update myself...

anyway, this wk i dint do much things fruitful.. wasting my life makes me hating the days i wasted... found a job, and one of manulife's manager was saying he will pay for everything if i wan to be a financial planner.. which i tot is good and mayb better than tuition teacher mth after mth....

send off all my gals... hope they will all have a good time in China..

somethings are meant to be disturbing.. but enough is enough.. i ve had enough...

rem somebody told me that every relationship is like a deposit account. both parties need to deposit in order for the account to have something.. when time comes, the emotional burdens are made whole by withdrawing fr the acct.. but look at the relationship, it is emptying me fr inside out. i m going to have an emotional shutdown sometime soon... i feel sarcastic abt certain things i heard..

鹏鹏，不用学英文了，有中文的了！

这两天马不着地的到处跑。。。-.-

去陪lulu看了俩工作，一个没找着，到弄了个什么模特公司老板出来，死气白咧让我作模特，就我，也太vertically challenged了吧，再说再说。

今天去陪人吃中饭，又去华初打网球，乐哉～还有几个不错的球，用jason的话说，没带照相机什么的，露了好多经典哦～不过还好拉，今天想做的事情都做了，明天就free了！好好睡一觉。。（放假之后似乎没有怎么好好的没有顾虑的睡过:s）

今天BS的时候，出现了一个rhema:"those who waters others shall be watered also". 其实在BS的时候出现rhema还是挺奇怪的，但是就是感觉到了什么。最近自己都怎么了，是啊，该是被water的时候了? 就是，祈祷上帝没有忘了我，祈祷事情都能顺顺利利，祈祷自己的生命得到更新，祈祷更多的奇迹能发生，祈祷圣灵的雨，祈祷被浇灌，正如那verse讲的。

long time nvr update my blog le.. sorry, manifestation....

anyway, i was disappeared for asia conference, exam, post-exam high-ness and now here i am.

during Asia conference(AC), the impression is the people! people are everywhere and anywhere... it is more than wat u can see or imagine.. we need to queue for more than 5 hours for benny hinn's svc... but of course there are alot of interesting things happened during the queueing.. and ppl sleeping all around the place... and talk even gossips.. ahaha... fun lah fun lah...

this wk pastor tan showed an overview video on AC, so those who is interested, can try to get it online on city harvest website or citinews..

first sem is over.. not perfect, but i muz say it is pretty challenging. happy most of the time, but bothered by things sometimes also.. being an uni student, having a better emotional life, dunno wat will happen next~

i juz realise that i dint update ytd~~

okok, recount... ytd went to china ambassy.. the leader was vvvvv talkative.. and i was late for svc...-.- feel v bad.. but ok lah, wont feel condemned in the house of God!~~ yup.. get to know a new friend.. haha.. and the PRCSU personnal called me up after my svc saying that they want to take me along for a spousership deal.. quite honored, but i got exam on monday, so excused from this... hmmm... yup... went to shikodu to eat nice jap pasta~ v nice curry.. yum!~~

then today was at home for the whole day... dint eat for the whole day until night.. i went to koufu downstairs and ate mix rice.. 2 vege for $2~ super ex lah! yup... think i m too hungry for a $2 meal le... but i juz went back......

i m still sick, after 2 days of antibiotics and panadol cold relief, i m still sick!! i m sick of being sick! cough, tired, lethargic, drowsy, and running nose.... -.-

however, as i promised last wk, i shall write a reflection on my first paper!
-i really could write alot! 2.5 hrs i wrote 13 pages!
i was quite amused by the ans booklet. it is like a mini foolscap.. not in size, but in number of pages.. so nice lah! hahaha

-i dint study for the talk part...
i bet nobody studied.. everyone was complaining.. i mean i really dun rem wat are the system besides the Merce and its safety system, so i wrote that...

i think my neighbours were v annoyed...
and something worth mentioning, bowen sat behind me! haha... so cute~

then we made dumplings for dinner, with the landlord's family.. v good.. i m v "贤惠“的, ok?~~ haha! (cant believe wat i m saying).... and the landlord cooked 银耳红枣汤, using some super sweet Arabic dates... nice!~~

body shop got v nice gift package! not ex at all but quite small.. haha, body shop mah... the cranberry smells v nice!!

anyway, today got this preacher, Ed Silvoso.. read his book before, but nvr expect that he has a strong accent.. haha.. he spoke v well and inspiring! yup.. and tot his altar call is a deliverance session when i went up.. -.-.. thank God it is not!

abnormal thurs for me...

why leh? strangely i dint leave boon lay at all!.. as in i went church, home, sch and home... all at jurong west~~ weeooiwee!

today our acct tutor did smth that amazed all of us~ we did a survey on investment decision. about 20 qns, after our last acct tutorial.. and we are paid $10 each! she juz literally hold a stack of $10-note... cool! from my rough calculation, 10 min i tot $10.. which means i can get $520,000 annually if i keep doing this survey, and i ll be a millionaire! :p haha.. impossible la hor.. juz a passing note....

bought air ticket alr.. 18th jan-5th feb.. hahaha.. go home! miss 2 wks of church though... :((

saw a car full of love notes...too paiseh to take a pic :p but quite strange...........

got a verse from God this morn thru prayer meeting:

Isaiah 45

and following this, afternoon i went to sign tuition loan, i got 1300+ for half a yr allowance. at the needy time, God will be faithful in providing and protection. PTL!

v happy to fellowship with Elsa, she s juz so young and so cute and adorable~~ but all the photos taken are in either lu's or elsa's phone.. so cant post it here le..

our SOT team leader is going to be SOT stuff next yr! she s juz awesome~~ sometimes i m really amazed by the gift that God had given to each one.. life is full of anticipation and participation.

Praying in the morn is more refreshing than doing any exercise~~ walking to church, pray, walking back or go to sch! this is juz wonderful~~

实在不知道用什么题目了

太多miscommunication... might as well dun communicate...

决定大概1月20号－－2月5号回家。过年！！！还是中国好，毕竟那是家。。。其实挺想12月回去的。。好久没回去了。。妈妈打电话都哭了好几次了。其实很理解她，我爸在广东工作，一年回家两三次，我在新加坡，一年回家一次。她一个女人，一生追求的就一个家庭，结果physically这个家的人都不在一起。我也替她难过，可是我有我的生活。

anyway, we finished all the tests and proj of this semester.. done!! 2 more tutorials.. and finito!~~ muahahaha.. underdressed today -.-.. everyone dressed so formal lah! our grp generally quite slack in dressing.. and everything.. hmm.. it is ok lah...

tired for the wk.. it s true that u dunno how tired u are until u stopped for a rest. i mean i love outing and chitchating and everything, but when i have a day for myself, it is really totally different.. even though i need to study -.-

anyway, studied for IT test tmr.. hopefully i m fine.. network part, still have foundation from JC.. yay~ IT presentation also tmr.. dunno wat to wear. haha vain ppl...=p

tmr MPM.. JW building.. hopeful got breakfast!! hhaha.. covetousness... =p hunGAry.... i have to admit i a pig... haiz....

i was really impacted by Pastor Kong's msg today,about manifestation.. the ultimate manifestation is to change Word into Flesh!! not only logos to rhema, but to life! and that's the most powerful manifestation... great to be pondering over..

then we went to bugis to eat Taiwan beef noodles.. and so many of us. we ve chopped up enough chops for a gift exchanging! cool de! that's how we bring prosperity into ppl's lives.. hahahaha...

then we went to tiong bahru, got this "wulu" place which i dunno how to go in by public transport.. got a v nice and cheap 'cha can ting'. v cheap also.. have soccer somemore! wah, enough advertising.. so we watched half of ManU V HullCity.. 3-1.. quite sad lah, hullcity got in one with their corner.. haiz... but nice food! small portion though.. so quite nice to eat after dinner~~

hmm, busy and slack day.. anyway, dint study much.... -.-

went for IT proj.. haha.. almost done~

And saw more photos of Grace's nephew.. he s juz so cute and adorable and lovely and, run out of adjectives.. anyway, it is all based on my head knowledge by looking at the photos.. acc to Grace, baby poo poo alot.. -.-... anyway, not easy and definitely V EXPENSIVE to raise a child!!!!

after cell group, we went to makansutra to eat!~ roti john is nice.. but the egg prata/cheese prata are both $4 EACH! super expensive.. but their curry will include a piece of chicken~ quite nice though~ the gals got v high after a while.. hmm, i shall not say anymore.. singapore flyer got a pumpkin at the center there. v fat pumpkin, so v cute!~ DXO got v scary costumed people coming in and out, but the music was nice!~ took a night rider home. juz nice stop near my house. wakaka~~

reading Ed Silvoso's book, got a sentence i like v much- "wat we do in life is an external expression of who we are inside". it was talking about marketplace and jobs, and today Grace was saying that "eyes cant breathe and ears cnt see".. yup, so that's wat our life will be like- by our true self inside!~

went to eat super nice hor fan~ yum yum~ v full~ muahhahaha

feel like watching High School Musical 1 & 2 after watching 3... nice nice!~ i mean quite cute lah...

had a long day of sch, so this is something we drew to entertain ourselves... haha... so childlike~!~
